This Charleston family wanted to improve their home's energy efficiency and comfort year-round. They turned to Carolina Energy Conservation for an energy evaluation to find the best solution for their home.
Solution
Installing cellulose insulation was the best solution for them. This type of insulation is a perfect choice to make their home more comfortable and energy-efficient. It does an excellent job of stopping hot air from leaking into the home and keeping cool air in. By achieving an R-38 value, the home is well-insulated and will have an easier time staying cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
