Production Foreman

We are in need of a true construction professional to lead our install team to success. For this position, we want someone with previous contracting experience, but it does not necessarily need to be in this field. We ultimately hire based on attitude. We provide ongoing training to attain industry certifications, including training at the National Energy Training Center in Seymour, CT.

Requirements:

- Ability to work in attics, roofs and crawlspaces

- Some overnight travel

- A good driving record

- Basic computer literacy

-Must have own tools

About the Job:

A successful crew lead will:

- Lead small crew of 2-4 installers

- Maintain a professional appearance

- Manage customer expectations to protect company reputation and job margins

- Manage paperwork, contracts, materials, and labor on jobs

- Deliver jobs at or below budget

- Upsell on the job and execute change orders as necessary

- and keep morale high to maintain customer satisfaction and employee retention
